Prizes to Top Winners
Division standards are guidelines to help athletes determine which division, scaled or Rx, they can best compete in. Top winners of each divisions will receive medals and prizes. The standards are just examples of how athletes in these divisions should be able to perform. The actual wods may or may not include these exact movements and/or weights.

Participants must be 15 or older and must sign a waiver to participate. Those under the age of 18 must also have a signed parental consent form. Athletes with known injuries should be evaluated by a health professional. During the competition, judges help visibly injured athletes determine if it is best to continue the competition.
There are no refunds or rainchecks on athlete entries. All sales are final. Participants may change the name of the competing athletes until 24 hours before competition but no refunds will be given. If a name change occurs, tee shirts sizes will not change. There are no refunds or exchanges on the tee shirts. Participants must be in good standing with event hosts. Event hosts reserve the right to refuse entry to any athlete without explanation.
Athletes will wear shoes at all times while traveling through the facilities. They are responsible for keeping their belongings secure. Athletes must be ready and present at their heat time or forfeit the heat. No other athlete can step in for a heat. Winners are responsible for picking up their prizes at the facility.
